our desire is to create bold and meaningful accents for spaces such as bedrooms, living rooms, and dining rooms, and we naturally tend to design meditation, yoga and dance studios. 

Our inspiration comes from the bright colors of Indian sari fabrics and the tribal dance outfits we discover while traveling.

We are fascinated by old needlework, preserving traditional crafts, and sourcing past treasures for our surroundings.

padmini’s signature window treatment offers a very colorful palette of Light filtering and semi-sheer materials. We commit to the presence, the fall and transparency, the way vibrant color filters light and the volume that color creates.

Through years of research and working with homeowners and designers in our Philadelphia boutique, we created a line of bedding, pillows, table runners, and tapestries—featuring quiet, clean lines with rich textiles.

The "Padmini Women" line of boho-chic apparel and unique accessories reflects our vibrant lifestyle, inspired by tribal dancers and the bold beauty of women around the world who embrace color and texture.
